陈志铭教授简介（Chih-Ming Chen）：台湾政治大学特聘教授丶台湾政治大学图书资讯与档案学研究所所长丶图书馆副馆长。陈志铭教授现担任《数位学习科技期刊》(TSSCI)之special issue《行动与无所不在学习应用与策略》之客座主编，同时担任Computers & Education丶British Journal of Educational Technology丶Interactive Learning Environments丶Journal of Computer Assisted Learning丶Educational Technology & Society丶Asia Pacific Education Review丶Behaviour and Information Technology丶Journal Research and Practice in Technology Enhanced Learning丶IEEE Transaction on Learning Technology丶IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks丶IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics-Part C丶Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems丶Journal of Innovative Computing, Information and Control丶Information Science等SSCI及SCI国际期刊论文审查委员。
近年来，陈志铭教授的研究方向主要在：数位人文丶数位学习丶数位图书馆丶资料探勘丶智慧型网际网路系统等。现已发表学术论文65篇，其中近50篇为SCI丶SSCI丶EI收录；会议论文80篇；主持科技部计划10余项。曾获“吴大猷先生纪念奖”丶“奖励特殊优秀人才”丶“学术研究特优奖”丶“学术研究优良奖”等奖励。
